Help Your Clients with the
Sale of Real Property in an Estate
I’m Kim Ward — Horizon Real Estate’s Probate and Trust Specialist. I was thinking about business and how to help you by helping your clients with the sale of real property in an estate. I do continue to develop my skills and abilities so that when you have a client that needs my help I will be at the top of my game for both of you.
My ability to provide valuable timely information and then personally interpret what it means to you and our client.
When you have a property that needs to be sold to settle an estate,
- I will gather information about the house,
- view the house
- and investigate comparable houses in the immediate area.
- I will then formulate a plan of action to present to our client on what it will take to get the highest price and best terms for the sale. But more importantly I can share specifically what it means to them in regards to their goals.
When I chose to become a real estate consultant, I was clear the industry did not need another typical salesperson. What it needed was a person like me. So, the next time you’re in a conversation with a client, friend, family member or colleague and they mention they need real estate help, feel comfortable knowing that when you introduce them to me you have done the right thing for them.
