Protecting Your Probate Client
I’m Kim Ward, — Horizon Real Estate’s Probate and Trust Specialist
I was thinking about business and how to help you by helping your clients with the sale of real property in an estate.
I do continue to develop my skills and abilities so that when you have a client that needs my help I’ll be at the top of my game for both of you.
My ability and skills will protect your client from dangerous predators or inaccurate information that could cause them to make a disastrous decision that could have long-term impact.
Experience shows that your client is being inundated with mailings and phone calls from investors who want to pay way below market value; and real estate agents with limited experience with estates. Your client may not know who to trust or what to do and they need help.
When your clients hear or see something that sounds or looks too good to be true — we all know it probably is.
I would ask you to look up my number, call me and we can talk about how you would like me to contact your client before they act on something that may not be in their best interest.
My responsibility is to protect your clients’ and their estate decisions.
So the next time you’re in a conversation with a client, friend, family member or colleague and they mentioned they need real estate help, feel comfortable knowing that when you introduce them to me you have done the right thing for them.
I’m grateful to be on your team and I look forward to a lifelong relationship.
