Recently I had the pleasure of doing business with Kim Ward. Kim is extremely knowledgeable in the field of real estate. I found her to be professional, thorough, and always responsive. She is also easy to talk to. She took the time to explain complex real estate regulations until I was comfortable with them. I was so impressed with her attention to the smallest details.
Anyone who has sold a home and bought another one knows what an emotional roller coaster the whole process can be. Kim was wonderfully calm, no matter how “crazy” I got. I trusted her completely to watch out for my best interest. She continually made recommendations for ways to save me money and protect my investment. That’s important.
