Kim demonstrated a high level of knowledge about the real estate industry. She was prompt with appointments and always returned my call. When the buyer was being very demanding, Kim was able to solve the problem quickly and effectively. I knew from the beginning that Kim would do only her best for me, never really having to worry about anything which made the selling process much easier.
Overall the process was very easy. A few minor bumps, but I felt that Kim had everything in control. I would recommend her services to my friends, family and colleagues.
