Back in August of 2005 when we were living in Seattle, we wanted to find a Realtor to help us with finding a house in the San Diego area. We did extensive research on the internet and came across Kim as one of the many potential Realtor we want to interview. I flew down to San Diego for a couple of days and met with Kim along with several other Realtor, all of whom I interviewed and then drove me around to see many potential houses. Of all the Realtor I met, Kim is by far the most knowledgeable, easiest one to work with, and is very friendly. After I got back to Seattle, Kim setup a personal site for us to look at all of the potential houses that matches the criteria that I’ve mentioned to her. This personal site is available 24/7 for us to log on at any time. A month later, we decided to postponed our plan to move due to our financial situation.
Fast forward to April of 2009 (almost 4 years later), we were still in Seattle and again interested in moving to San Diego. We then called up Kim to help us with looking for a house. We sold our home in Seattle and moved to San Diego in October of 2009 even though there is still no permanent home for us in San Diego yet. Kim continued to help us and we finally found a gorgeous home in February of 2010 where she took us to see the day it’s on the market. We made an offer that afternoon and Kim help us reach an agreement with the owner that evening. Needless to say, there were numerous backup offer the next several days from other buyers, but thanks to Kim’s attentiveness to finding our dream home and her quickness to act on it, we got the house. Not only that we got the house, Kim actually got us a better price on the house (without us asking her to do so) even though we’ve already told her the price we’re willing to pay for the house.
Kim definitely go above and beyond our expectation. She stay in constant contact with us for over 4 years, keeping us up to date with the San Diego market and provide us information on any houses we were interested in. She is always there when we call her, or if she is busy then she always return our call shortly after. She always reply to our emails in a timely manner, and always do what she say she would do. She guided us through the entire home buying process which provided us with a smooth and stress-free home buying experience. We have recommended Kim to a couple of our friends who were thinking about moving here from Seattle, and we would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone else who have any real estate needs. It is now 3 ½ years since we live in our home and we’re still keeping in touch with Kim since we’re not only considering her our Realtor for life but also our friend.
