Acting as Administrator of an Estate
It was important to Bill, the San Diego Executor, that he honor his deceased brother and provide a legacy for his children. Bill decided he would travel to San Diego to go through all of Charles’ personal belongings and take care of the sale of the San Diego house.
To get the highest price possible for the San Diego estate house, we decided to tidy it up a bit with paint, carpet and thorough cleaning. Then we staged the house to sell with pictures, a dining room table and chairs, couches, bathroom accessories, inflatable beds and bedding prior to scheduling San Diego buyer showings.
A mere three weeks later we received a great offer on the San Diego probate property. The San Diego Executors Bill and Susan were relieved and happy that they had done their best to honor Charles.
