Helping Executors, Administrators and Trustees Simplify Selling San Diego Probate and Trust Real Estate Transactions
One of my absolute favorite things to do is make the preparation, marketing and selling of the San Diego house in probate or San Diego real estate in a trust process easy for San Diego Trustees, Administrators and Executors is my electronic signatures using Docusign.
Our clients that are responsible for a piece of San Diego real estate are busy. They, rightfully so, anticipate my team and I handle the transactional details of the San Diego house of a decedent. Our clients have plenty to do to settle the San Diego estate. Having Docusign tremendously decreases the stress of having to come to my office (if the San Diego Trustee, Executor or Administrator lives in San Diego) or print out the hundreds of documents, sign them and fax, email or return to me by mail.
The way it works is that my team and I draft the San Diego real estate documents, upload them to the Docusign program, attach bright yellow tabs where the client will sign, then draft and send an email to the client. When you open the email, the program leads you through the signing process. First you pick your virtual signature and then the documents are available for your review. If you have any additional questions, we are available to give you accurate answers. Once you complete the signing of the documents, we are notified and we take it from there! Pretty easy… for you.
