Helping Real Estate Trustee Sarah Sell a La Jolla Townhouse
Week 4
All of the San Diego homebuyer’s contingencies have been removed and San Diego real estate trustee Sarah is outrageously happy with my team’s help. The process towards selling a San Diego house is typically 30-45 days from acceptance of a San Diego homebuyer offer to purchase.
In this case, the San Diego homebuyer had 10 days to complete all his investigations of the property. This included a physical inspection, reviewing and approving the disclosures from real estate trustee Sarah and reviewing the homeowner association documents including the CC&R’s. The San Diego estate property had deferred maintenance and the buyer’s request for repair was negotiated.
An appointment to meet the appraiser at the trustee property was completed and the San Diego homebuyer’s lender received the San Diego appraisal report. The lender completed their approval of the buyer and the property.
Many people have been working hard towards the approval and on day 18 (yes, one day late because the buyers agent had a family emergency), I received the buyers signed contingency removal document. What this means to real estate Trustee Sarah is that she can feel comfortable because we will close escrow in 10 days and she will no longer be responsible for the San Diego estate house.
This series of the four weeks helping San Diego real estate Trustee Sarah revealed the basics of the process of successfully preparing, marketing and selling a San Diego house in a trust.
