After visiting the city of San Jose, Costa Rica and experiencing feeling uncomfortable, it occurred to me that with the right help I could have felt safe.
I was uncomfortable in San Jose because I don’t speak the language and everyone around me didn’t speak English. I am a communicator and I managed, a little, but an experienced interpreter would have improved my experience of the city.
This leads into how important it is to me that I be of help to San Diego Executors, Administrators and Trustees with their responsibility of selling San Diego real estate in probate or a trust. Knowing the “language” of San Diego Probate and Estate steps to be taken and interpreting for the Executor, Administrator or Trustee with the intent of providing them with a comfortable and safe experience is my passion.
Learning the Spanish language would be beneficial; it’s been on my bucket list and would definitely be worthwhile. Especially because my husband, Dave, assumed that I would understand what the Costa Rican people were saying to us. And, believe me, I gave it my best shot. That said, I’m pretty sure I butchered their language and may have even said a couple bad words. I was informed by one young man that “pura vida” or “pure life” is very similar to “**ta vida” which doesn’t mean pure life.
It was fun to learn some new words and entertaining to communicate as best as I could. The Costa Rican people are very kind and accommodating to visitors.
