Personal Property of a Decedent

 
One of the very first steps a San Diego Personal Representative (PR) can take is to find out what to do with the personal property items left after a loved one is gone. In 2004, I started to help PR’s with San Diego real estate. And, in most cases the PR has concerns about how to take care of the personal property in preparation for selling the San Diego house. There are three main options to liquidate the remaining personal property. Dean maximized the value of the personal property and eased his burden by choosing a local San Diego Buy Out Company to purchase the remaining personal property and also remove all the unsalable items and trash. This option takes less than 3 weeks from bid, to scheduling the removal.
