I would recommend Kim to anyone selling a house, and intend to use her again when we sell our other house, in 2 years.

Selling a house is a very stressful time, and Kim and her crew made it a possible event. They guided us through each step, and, when we could not accomplish an activity as planned, they were able to modify the sequence of events to accommodate our schedule. They were very helpful through each cycle.

Brett needed to sell his San Diego home and he knew it would be sold as a short sale. He received a post card from Kim Ward, Horizon Real Estate and decided to give her a call. Kim Ward made the short sale easy and with little work from him. Brett had the weight lifted off his shoulders and can now plan for his future.

John Krattli, Trustee of his parents estate was looking for a knowledgeable real estate consultant that could negotiate the sale of his parents home. John does not live in San Diego and was referred to Kim Ward, Horizon Real Estate by friends of his brother. John was very satisfied with Kim’s negotiating skills.

It was absolutely wonderful working with Kim and Laura. They were able to find my husband and I a house, buy it, and move in within about 3 months time, start to finish! With their knowledge, persistence and all around know how got me the location I wanted, the house I wanted, and for less than I planned on paying.
