PROBATE AND TRUST HELP

I would highly recommend Kim Ward and Ashlie Rivera with Horizon Real Estate. I was appointed by the court to settle my cousin’s estate. The problem was the estate included a townhouse in San Diego, and I live in Texas. To make matters worse, my cousin was a hoarder, so every room was full to the ceiling with stuff. Horizon helped me find a company to remove all the clothes, trash, and mess from the property, get it cleaned and ready to sell. They worked with me and the estate attorney to make sure every detail was addressed. They guided me through the arduous process of dealing with property in an estate. They even contacted me once a week to give me an update of the progress. They took care of everything, so I didn’t have to be there-they did it all. I would use them again and would strongly encourage anyone looking for an honest, hardworking real estate team to call Kim Ward or Ashlie Rivera at Horizon Real Estate.

When you are in a probate situation, you need a realtor who has experience, expertise, is professional, personable, flexible and a can-do attitude. My cousin passed away in CA. My cousin in WY and I who live in CO were appointed executors of the estate. Kim Ward and her staff proved to be one who guided us through challenges that were far from and above normal. She did not give up and kept driving to help us sell a condo. She did this and conquered crazy obstacles that were encountered. I cannot recommend her enough. Her attention to detail and ability to adapt are impeccable. All this with a smile and a pleasant attitude. She was invaluable to us. Because of her experience she had a quiver full of resources that were needed...appraisers, plumbers, general repair people, people to come in and take the contents of the property, cleaners, etc. All efficient and reasonably priced. She is THE BEST in the business, and I would hire her and her staff in a heartbeat.
